Each piece is made to order and will be shipped within 4 weeks of purchase. I use Royal Mail Tracked 24. Shipping costs £5.In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please email me at zvkvc.zvkvc.zvkvc@gmail.com.Please make sure your shipping details are correct, as I cannot accept liability for the loss of a shipment due to an incorrect shipping address.

Returns & Exchanges

I understand that sometimes a piece may not be exactly as expected once you have tried it on. While I do not offer refunds, I am happy to offer exchanges where possible. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss your options, and I will do my best to sort this.You will have 7 days to return your item for an exchange. Please note that I will send the exchanged piece once I have received the original item. I recommend using recorded or tracked delivery, as I cannot be held responsible for any missing postal items.Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. However, please email me if you are unhappy with your custom-made order.
